Through a range of thoughtfully designed initiatives, the cell provides hands-on support, skill-building programs, and value-based learning to uplift both educators and learners. The cell operates under the able guidance of UGF Co- Founder Director Urmila Gujar—a dedicated school psychologist and passionate educationist who has been actively contributing to the holistic development of students and teachers through a range of charitable initiatives over the past 3 decades. Her efforts have focused on strengthening teaching practices, improving student learning outcomes, and instilling core values and awareness among young minds.
