The phrase “doing good to others” emphasizes on help, support and create happiness by doing good to needy people of the society for their upliftment. One of the ways to do this is to give them an opportunity to explore their abilities and earn their livelihood. This can be achieved by implementing skill development programme launched by our Prime Minister by establishing Inclusive Industrial Training Institute and Entrepreneurship Development programme. This has prompted me to establish U G Foundation. I have decided to establish a Skill Development Institute in Wing as Village Wing is my native place, surrounded by many reputed national and international industries such as Godrej, Rieter, Nichrome etc. etc . These industries consistently require a skilled workforce and promote gender equality. Girls/Women have become part of national workforce. Girls/Women are an important part of society; they should be given an opportunity to come into main stream of industrial production and allied services.
