I’m Aditi Jadhav. I completed my Diploma in Mechanical, but since our college focused 80% on theory and only 20% on practicals, I faced many hurdles during company interviews. One day, Santosh Sir told me about Reiter Skill Academy. I visited the academy, liked the setup, and took admission in the CNC Bending course. Hanumant Sir taught us how to operate the CNC machine and set up programs. He also trained us on Lathe, Drilling, and Milling machines. After the course, I gave an interview at Aura Laser company and got selected. I’m currently working in their office staff. I’m truly thankful to Uday Gujar Foundation, Reiter Skill Academy, and SkillSonics for this opportunity.
I took admission in the Advanced Electrical course, which was the first electrical batch of RSDA. We were trained by Revan Kharat Sir, who taught us very well—covering house wiring, godown wiring, panel wiring, sensor systems, and motor power supply. We also received training in soft skills, 5S, and safety practices. On the last day of the course, while class was still going on, I had an interview at Kirloskar Chillers, where I got selected. Today, I’m working in panel wiring at Kirloskar and applying everything I learned here. I’m truly thankful to Uday Gujar Foundation, SkillSonics, and Rieter Skill Academy for providing such valuable training in a short time and at no cost.
