Uday Gujar Foundation: Serving as Director – HR & Admin and Executive Advisor, Mr. Kulkarni oversees the overall operations of the Foundation’s Skill Development Centre. With his vast experience in training and media, he leads the Academy from the front and plays a pivotal role in strategic planning and execution.
Trainer (Since 2001): Delivered professional training across Maharashtra in IT, Tally, e-Governance, Labour Laws, Cyber Laws, and Soft Skills for government and corporate sectors.
Legal & Management Consultant: Advised on Labour Laws, HR, and Income Tax compliance. Drafted official policies, HR manuals, and legal documents in English and Marathi.
ISO & Corporate Systems: Contributed to ISO documentation and audits for leading organizations. Developed systems and structured documentation for corporate governance.
