Mahesh Nikam is an R&D professional and a passionate IPR enthusiast, He has worked with multinational organisations like Cummins India, Mahindra & Mahindra, Kirloskar Oil Engines and currently working as Head of Application Engineering at Deutz Engines India

Mahesh is also passionate about social work and works with UGF as an mentor to students and technical programs in area of employment and rural awakening.
